Dipakali Ragini

In a covered room of a palace Krishna sits on a roller cushion, a young woman squatting in front of him to the left, both hands stretched forward against each other; behind her against the wall a burning oil lamp; left in front of the wall of the palace three women, the front one dances, the middle one plays a drum and the rear one holds a dish, above the palace wall a starry night sky with a crescent moon. Around the scene two lines in framing lines, one yellow and the outer, wider red; the domed roof of the palace and the third woman on the left are partly painted over these rushes.
