Girl with a red hat

In an audience window sits a young woman with a glass in her raised right hand; in the left hand resting on the cloth she holds a bottle; on, or rather diagonally and half beside her head, a graceful plumed red hat; the top surface of the performance consists of a pair of colorful horizontal bands. Around the scene a narrow black border with yellow framing lines, around it a wider dark blue rim with white framing lines and a red framing line above and below; the vertical edges are narrower than the horizontal.
