Baby Krishna kills the demon Putana

In front of a palace with strong geometric divisions, the demon Putana is attacked by the baby Krishna and falls mortally wounded; two women on either side look on and point finger at their lips in surprise. The framing edges of the representation are partly cut away; at the top is a rectangular bulge with an inscription.
